I've got 5000 count encoders ( 20,000 quadrature ), and I need 1500 rpm, I come up with 500khz, is this do-able? DC servos.

Yes, the max count rate is 1.25MHz.

Wow, That was quick! The rapids settings in KmotionCNC seem to get a little funky when I set the encoder counts up to 125000 per inch, it goes into a super low speed, and goes even lower using a shift with the arrow key is there a setting I'm missing?

BTW- Everything is working great with the new setup and the 5-volt pin fixed.

Hi Todd,

I don't know what you mean by "funky".  What if you make moves in the KMotion Step Response Screen with similar velocities?  Are you losing counts?

Tom,
My bad, I was setting the jerk, but I didn't realize you had to hit the step or move button to make it stick.
